Description
The ST100E is a single centre cutting resaw, with the additional benefit of being capable of dimension cutting. The ST100E has 3 cutting modes; centre cutting, off centre cutting and dimension cutting. Each of these functions is controlled via the remote HMI pedestal. The machine has all the same features as the ST100R; cast iron pulley wheels and table with in and out feed idle rollers, replaceable pressure sawguides, pneumatic saw straining and automatic blade lubrication. However, instead of the pneumatically operated radial arm to feed the timber, the ST100E feed system incorporates an electrically driven multi roller fence and feed rollers, which are accurately positioned by driven lead screws powered by inverter controlled electric motors.
